My approach and philosophy
My cooking is rooted in a lifelong love of food and hospitality. Beginning my hospitality career at 15, I explored many paths—including training as a high school teacher in Geography and Science, before returning to the kitchen, where my heart has always belonged. Over the past seven years, I have worked as both a super yacht chef and private chef, refining my skills in high-end service and thoughtful, detail-driven cooking. Today, I focus on sourcing high-quality ingredients transforming them into vibrant, flavourful dishes. I bring a wealth of knowledge from years working in hospitality, and a special knack for crafting delicious dishes tailored to my clients preferences and dietary requirements.

Designed for longer-term placements, my approach integrates seamlessly into daily life at home or your holiday home. I create seasonal, evolving menus that align with lifestyle, routine, and wellbeing goals. Meals are thoughtful, nourishing, and consistent, creating a sense of rhythm, comfort and satisfaction.
