My approach and philosophy

 

My love of food began at 15, working in hospitality — and it has never left me. Over the past seven years I have cooked professionally aboard superyachts and in private homes across the Mediterranean, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, and New Zealand, cooking for everyone from young families to high-profile international clients. Along the way I also trained as a secondary school teacher, which gave me something unexpected: a deep ability to listen, adapt, and connect with people of all ages and backgrounds — qualities I bring into every home I cook in.

I believe mealtime is a daily ritual, one that supports health, connection, and a sense of ease. Designed for longer-term placements, my approach integrates seamlessly into daily life at home or your holiday home. I create seasonal, evolving menus that align with lifestyle, routine, and wellbeing goals.  Meals are thoughtful, nourishing, and consistent, creating a sense of rhythm, comfort and satisfaction. When a special occasion is called for, I elevate the meal into a meaningful, memorable dining experience to celebrate the occasion and enhance time shared with guests and family.
